As an executive and consultant, Stanley M. Epstein, Principal, has worked with domestic and international clients in the following fields: pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, engineering/construction, consumer goods and advertising, and in city government. Stan was World-wide Director of OD for R&D for GlaxoSmithKline from 1996 to 2002, where he led a staff of 16 to support merger integration. From 1976 to 1996, Stan worked for a division of Hoechst Celanese and, while there, created and led the Department of Management and Organization Development. Stan’s network of associates includes experienced consultants whose capabilities span the entire spectrum of Human Resources and Project Management.

Stan Epstein earned a BA in Psychology from Rutgers University and an M Ed from North Carolina State University. His professional development includes studies at Columbia University, Northwestern University and NTL Institute. He is a Past President of the Triangle (NC) Organization Development Network, where he served on the Board for several years. He lives and works in Chapel Hill, NC.
