The Innovation Forum - an Intellectual Capital Advisory Network (ICAN)

INNOVALYST established the Innovation Forum to catalyze the identification and delivery of comprehensive and coordinated services to life science organizations.

  1. •The Forum organizes business-oriented workshops to introduce exciting opportunities to its Affiliate members, coordinates activities to accelerate the commercialization of innovations, and enables a structured approach to networking.

  2. •The Forum employs two formats: a Commercialization Workshop and an Affiliates’ Workshop.

The Forum is an exciting venue for catalyzing life science businesses.

The Commercialization Workshop

The Commercialization Workshops are held monthly to initiate the honing and acceleration of a life science organization’s business.

The Workshop includes the following stages:

  1. •Clarity on desired outcomes

  2. •Selection of a fit-for-purpose audience of Affiliates

  3. •Facilitated, 90-minute workshop, and 

  4. •A summary report in preparation for business negotiations.

Life science organizations that meet the following criteria are invited to present.

  1. •The organization's platform must have high scientific or technical merit.

  2. •The organization must be able to articulate its business goals.

  3. •Innovalyst and its Affiliates must possess the capability to contribute. 

  4. •The organization is considering a business relationship with INNOVALYST and its Affiliates.


These sessions are offered by the Innovation Forum for a nominal charge. Attendance is by invitation only.

The Affiliates’ Workshop

  1. •The Affiliates’ Workshop is a purposeful approach towards learning more about life science innovations and individuals who can help you and your organization.

  2. •Various techniques are employed to engage in meaningful networking.

  3. •Presentations are scheduled to share information and ideas on various business topics germane to the life sciences.

  4. •The Affiliates’ Workshop meets every two months.
